Representative Bud Nornes moved to approve the minutes of March 3, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Jim Davnie moved House File 1024 for re-referral to the Committee on Education Finance.
Representative Davnie moved amendment H1024A1 to House File 1024. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Davnie testified to House File 1024 as amended. (A bill for an act relating to education; providing training and technical assistance to school districts to reduce use of seclusion and restraint; appropriating money).
