Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 a.m. on March 5, 2015 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Torkelson moved to approve the minutes of March 4, 2015.

Representative McNamara moved HF184 (Aquatic invasive species prevention program requirements repealed) for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.

Representative Uglem moved the H1065DE1 amendment.
