Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 a.m. on March 18, 2015 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Fenton moved to approve the minutes of March 17, 2015.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative McNamara moved HF 1707 (Drazkowski) Environment and natural resources trust fund payment account established, trust fund payments to counties provided, and money appropriated.
Representative McNamara moved the H1707A1 amendment.
Representative McNamara moved the H1707A2 amendment.
Testifying before the committee on HF 1707 were:

Representative McNamara renewed his motion that HF 1707, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
