ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES POLICY AND FINANCE COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, began the meeting at 8:20 AM, on March 17th, 2016, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McNamara officially called the meeting to order at 8:20 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Uglem moved the minutes of March 16th, 2016 be adopted. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

HF2993 (Hackbarth) Environment and natural resources trust fund money appropriated, and requirements for use of trust fund money added.

Representative Hackbarth moved HF2993 be sent to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices.

Representative Hackbarth moved to adopt the HF2993A9 amendment.

Representative Hanson requested a roll call.

Representative Torkelson moved to adopt the HF2993A10 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Fabian moved to adopt the HF2993A6 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Fabian moved to adopt the HF2993A8 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Fabian moved to adopt the HF2993A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hansen moved to adopt the HF2993A2 amendment.

Representative Hansen requested a roll call.
