Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, began the meeting at 8:24AM, on April 14th, 2016, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McNamara called the meeting to order at 8:24AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Cornish moved to adopt the minutes from April 7th, 2016. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF3890 (McNamara) Natural resources funding provided, wild rice license requirements modified, prior appropriations modified, and money appropriated.
Representative McNamara moved HF3890 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
Representative McNamara moved to adopt the H3890A7 amendment, to the H3890DE2 amenment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative McNamara moved to adopt the H3890DE2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Fabian assumed the gavel at 9:32AM.
Representative McNamara assumed the gavel at 9:35AM.
Representative Newberger moved to adopt H3890A3 amendment.

Representative Hansen moved to adopt the H3890A4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Representative Hansen moved to adopt the H3890A6 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative McNamara renewed the motion that HF3890, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
