Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 a.m. on January 28, 2015 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

HF0181 (McNamara): Outdoor heritage fund money appropriated, outdoor heritage fund money requirements modified, previous appropriation modified, and appropriating money.
Representative McNamara moved that H.F. 0181 be referred to the Government Operations Committee.
An overview of H.F. 0181 was presented by Mark Johnson, LSOHC Executive Director, and Heather Koop, Assistant Director.
Grant Wilson, Minnesota DNR, Division of Fish and Wildlife, testified on H.F. 0181.
Representative Green moved the H0181A4 amendment.
Bill Haas, lobbyist, and Lorena Vogt, Land Office Manager for White Earth Nation Natural Resources and Bob Tammen of Soudan, Minnesota testified on the H0181A4 amendment.
Representative Hansen requested a roll call vote on H0181A4 amendment. The results were:

Representative McNamara moved the H0181A1 amendment.
Greg Hubinger from the Legislative Coordinating Commission testified on H0181A1.
The McNamara H0181A1 amendment was adopted.
Representative Hansen moved the H0181A2 amendment. The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.
Representative Hansen moved the H0181A3 amendment. The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.
Representative McNamara renewed his motion that H.F. 0181 be referred to the Government Operations Committee.
