MINUTES
Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 a.m. on February 24, 2015 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Green moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 19, 2015 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative McNamara moved that HF1000 be laid over for possible inclusion to the omnibus bill.
Representative Melin presented HF1000 (Wild rice quality standard application prohibited until commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency adopts rules to establish criteria for designating waters subject to a wild rice water quality standard).
