ETHICS COMMITTEE
MINUTES

Representative Erickson, Chair of the Ethics Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:02 PM on January 27, 2015, in the 400 South Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.


Jeff Diebel summarized the proposed rules and procedures for the Ethics Committee.

Representative Tara Mack moved to approve the Ethics Committee’s rules and procedures.

Representative Tara Mack recalled the motion due to her status as an alternate member on the committee.

Representative Mary Murphy moved to approve the Ethics Committee’s rules and procedures. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


The meeting was adjourned at 12:27 PM.
