Representative Scott called the meeting to order at 10:19 AM on March 29, 2016 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Albright moved to approve the minutes from March 24, 2016.

Chair Sanders moved to orally amend HF2497 as follows:
Page 5, delete lines 1 to 3 and insert:
“Effective date. This section is effective July 1, 2016, and applies to temporary conditional use permit applications made under this section on or after that date.”
Page 7, delete lines 28 to 30 and insert:
“Effective date. This section is effective July 1, 2016, and applies to temporary conditional use permit applications made under this section on or after that date.”
