MINUTES
Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Election Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:17 AM on February 11, 2015 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Pugh moved to approve the minutes from February 10, 2015.

HF 488 (Knoblach) Labor agreements and compensation plans ratified.

Chair Sanders moved that HF 488 be re-referred to Committee on State Government Finance.

Chair Sanders moved that HF 172 be laid over for possible inclusion in an elections omnibus bill.

HF 337 (Sanders) Campaign finance and public disclosure board provisions modified; enforcement, registration, fees, data, contributions, statements of economic interest, and other provisions administered by the board modified; penalties provided; and technical changes made.
