MINUTES
Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Election Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:16 AM on February 19, 2015 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative O’Driscoll moved to approve the minutes from February 17, 2015.

Chair Sanders moved to reconsider HF 666 (Peterson)

HF 666 (Peterson) Executive branch official salaries legislative approval required.
Chair Sanders moved that HF 666 (Peterson), as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

HF 327 (Scott) Right of citizens to be secure from unreasonable searches and seizures provided to include protection against unreasonable searches and seizures of electronic communications and data, and constitutional amendment proposed.

Representative Scott moved that HF 327 (Scott) be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.
