MINUTES
Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Election Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:20 AM on March 3, 2015 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Pugh moved to approve the minutes from February 26, 2015.

HF 417 (Davids) Houston County Economic Development Authority members authorized three-year terms.

Chair Sanders moved HF 1078, as amended, be re-referred to State Government Finance.

HF 716 (Mahoney) Saint Paul Port Authority governing provisions modified.

Page 1, line 9, delete “or” and after “town” insert “, or join powers entity formed by any of these local governmental units” Page 1, line 12, after “means” insert “public safety equipment as defined in section 466.03, subdivision 24, equipment used by a local government public works department, and”
