MINUTES
Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Election Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:17 AM on March 4, 2015 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Pugh moved to approve the minutes from March 3, 2015.
THE MOTION PREVAILED
HF 1261 (Kresha) State agency rulemaking regulated, and rules having substantial economic impact provided process requirements.

Vice Chair Cindy Pugh assumed the gavel at 10:30 AM.
Chair Sanders reassumed the gavel at 10:48 AM.
Representative Nelson moved to amend HF 1261 (See attached amendment H1261A2)
Representative Nelson withdraws the H1261A2 amendment.
Chair Sanders moved that HF 1261 be re-referred to the committee on Civil Law and Data Practices.
