MINUTES
Representative Steve Green, Vice Chair of the Greater Minnesota Economic & Workforce Development Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:47 p.m. on February 17th, 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Norton discussed HF682 (Destination medical center; Public Infrastructure definition modified, and local matching contribution clarified).
A quorum was present at 12:50 p.m.
Representative Hancock moved that the minutes of Thursday, February 12, 2015 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Norton moved that HF682 (Norton) be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance.
Representative Norton continued presenting HF682.
Chair Gunther assumed the gavel at 12:55 p.m.

Representative Quam presented HF209 (Dodge County excluded from Southeast Minnesota Multicounty Housing and Redevelopment Authority).

Representative Gunther moved that HF578 (Franson) be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance.
Representative Franson presented HF578 (Greater Minnesota business development public infrastructure grant program modified, bonds issued, and money appropriated).
