MINUTES
Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:57pm on February 26th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dean began the meeting at 12:49pm, a quorum was NOT present.
A quorum was present at 12:51pm. The meeting was called to order at 12:57pm.
Representative Pierson moved approval of the February 25th, 2015 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.
Representative Dean moved that HF 825 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.
Representative Peterson and Andrea Rau, MCCL; presented and testified on HF 825.
Representative Schoen offers the A1 amendment.
Representative Dean requested a roll call vote on the A1 amendment.
Representative Hamilton requested a division vote.
Representative Hamilton withdraws his request for a division vote.
Representative Dean withdraws his request for a roll call vote on the A1 amendment.
Representative Dean moves the A1 amendment as amended. The motion PREVAILED.
Representative Dean moved that HF 870 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.
Representative Schomacker; Mary Kay Kennedy and Rick Cardenas, Advocating Change Together; all presented and testified on HF 870.
Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 870 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill. The motion PREVAILED.
