Representative McDonald, Vice Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:53pm on March 3rd, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McDonald began the meeting at 12:51pm, a quorum was NOT present.
A quorum was present at 12:53pm. The meeting was called to order at 12:53pm.
Representative Persell moved approval of the February 26th, 2015 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.
Shawn Welch, Director, Reports and Forecasts, MN Department of Human Services and Susan Snyder, Assistant Director, Reports and Forecasts, MN Department of Human Services, presented on the Health and Human Services Forecast Update.
Ahna Minge, Executive Budget Officer, Minnesota Management & Budget, presented and answered questions about the Health Care Access Fund Update.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:27pm.
