Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01pm on March 23rd, 2016, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Dean called the meeting to order at 1:01pm, a quorum was present.
Representative Gruenhagen moved approval of the March 22nd, 2016 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.
Representative Dean moved that HF 2496 be laid over.
Representative Dean moved the A16 amendment. The motion PREVAILED.
Representative Albright; Dr. Andrew Baker, Medical Examiner for Hennepin, Dakota and Scott counties; and Commissioner Barbara Marschall, Chair of Scott County Board presented on HF 2496.
Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 2496, as amended be laid over. The Motion PREVAILED.
Representative Dean moved that HF 2346 be laid over.
