MINUTES

Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:57pm on March 30th, 2016, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dean called the meeting to order at 12:57pm, a quorum was present.

Representative Gruenhagen moved approval of the March 29th, 2016 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.

Representative Zerwas moved that HF 1582 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Zerwas moved the DE1 amendment.

Representative Loeffler moved the following oral amendment to the DE1 amendment: Line 1.8, after the word feet, insert “and the line of sight”. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Zerwas renewed his motion to move the DE1 amendment, as amended. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Zerwas presented on HF 1582, as amended.

Representative Zerwas renewed his motion that HF 1582, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. The Motion PREVAILED.

The committee recessed at 1:14pm until 1:30pm.

The committee reconvened at 1:30pm.

The committee recessed at 1:30pm to the call of the chair.

The committee reconvened at 9:17pm

Representative Dean moved that HF 2772 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Dean and Sarah Erickson, United Strategies presented on HF 2772.

Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 2772 be re-referred to the General Register. The Motion PREVAILED.

Representative Dean moved that HF 607 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Dean moved the A1 amendment. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 607, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Liebling requested a roll call. The results were as follows:
