Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:53pm on April 12th, 2016, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Zerwas moved approval of the April 7th, 2016 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.

Representative Dean moved that HF 2687 be laid over.

Representative Dean moved the DE-1 amendment. The motion PREVAILED.
