MINUTES
Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:55pm on January 15th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dean began the meeting at 12:46pm, a quorum was NOT present.
Doug Berg, House Fiscal Analyst, presented a memo on Health Care Access Fund forecast changes.
A quorum was present at 12:48pm. The meeting was called to order at 12:55pm.
Representative McDonald moved approval of the January 13th, 2015 minutes. The motion prevailed. The minutes were APPROVED.

Chuck Johnson, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Human Services and Ahna Minge, Executive Budget Officer, Minnesota Management and Budget presented an overview of Health Care Access Fund (HCAF)
Discussion took place regarding HCAF.
Freshmen members and Staff introduced themselves.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:27pm.
