MINUTES
Representative Peterson, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform committee, called the meeting to order at 2:54 PM on March 17th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mack called the meeting to order at 2:54 PM. A quorum was present.
Representative Schultz moved to adopt the minutes from March 13th, 2015, and March 16th, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Mack moved that HF 1209 be re-referred the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices.
Representative Mack moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Testifying on behalf of HF1209 were Sean Haines and Sue Abderholden, Executive Director, NAMI Minnesota.
Representative Peterson renewed the motion that HF1209, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Pierson moved that HF778 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
Representative Pierson moved to adopt the A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Pierson renewed his motion that HF778, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Huma Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Kelly moved that HF445 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
Representative Kelly moved to adopt the A4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Mack moved that HF278 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.

Representative Mack renewed her motion that HF278 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Mack moved that HF1447 be re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy.
Representative Mack moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Peterson moved that HF1640 be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices.

Representative Schomacker reconvened the committee at 5:41 PM.
Representative Peterson moved that HF1659 be re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy.
Representative Peterson moved to adopt the A15-0250 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Baker moved that HF1652 be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices.
Representative Baker moved to adopt the oral amendment. The oral amendment is as follows:
“Strike lines 5.15 through 5.21.” THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Testifying on behalf of HF1652 were Dr. Cody Wiberg, Minnesota Board of Pharmarcy, Rich Neumeister, and Twila Brase, President, Citizen’s Council for Health Freedom.
Representative Baker renewed his motion that HF1652, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices.
