Representative Mack, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 2:52PM on April 5th, 2016, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Mack officially called the meeting to order at 2:52PM. A quorum was present.
Representative Franson moved the minutes of March 30th, 2016 to be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3241 (Albright) Health professional training site grant program established, and money appropriated.
Representative Albright moved that HF3241 be re-referred to Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
Testifying in support of HF3241 was Mark Schoenbaum, MDH.
Representative Albright renewed his motion that HF3241 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3199 (Albright) Ombudsman office for long-term care, mental health treatment services, and miscellaneous policy provisions modified.
Representative Albright moved that HF3199 be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices.
Representative Albright moved the H3199A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF3170 (Pierson) Minnesota Rules, chapter 9544, positive support strategies and restrictive interventions, legislatively approved.
Representative Pierson moved that HF3170 be re-referred to the General Register.

HF2703 (Zerwas) Human services commissioner required to develop a process to allow federally qualified health centers to determine presumptive eligibility.
