MINUTES
Representative Mack, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:50 P.M. on January 28th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mack called the meeting to order at 2:50 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Schomacker moved that the minutes of January 27, 2015 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Mack moved H.F. 180 be re-referred to the Committee on Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance.
Representative Sanders presented H.F. 180.
Testifying on H.F. 180 were Mark Brunner, member of the Manufactured and Modular Homes Association of Minnesota, and Dale Dorschner, Assistant Division Director for Environmental Health Division, part of the Minnesota Department of Health.
H0180A1: in line 2.6, after “of” insert “operational” and strike “and other.” In line 2.7, strike “property.” THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Liebling moved to strike the oral amendment
H0180A1 and requested a roll call.
Representative Liebling withdrew her request for a roll call and renewed her motion to strike the oral amendment. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS STRUCK.
Representative Mack renewed her motion for H.F. 180 to be re-referred to the Committee on Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
A presentation from the Minnesota Medical Association was given by Dr. Doug Wood.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:16 P.M.
