Representative Peterson, Vice Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:48 P.M. on February 18th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Peterson called the meeting to order at 2:48 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Baker moved that the minutes of February 17th, 2015 to be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Peterson moved H.F. 352 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
Representative Anderson moved DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Anderson presented H.F. 352, as amended.
