HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES REFORM COMMITTEE
MINUTES

Representative Mack, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. on February 24th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mack called the meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Albright moved that the minutes of February 18th, 2015 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Peterson assumed the gavel at 2:49 P.M.

Representative Mack moved H.F. 795 be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety, Crime Prevention Policy and Finance.

Representative Mack presented H.F. 795.

Testifying on H.F. 795 was Kelly Harder, the Director of Community Services for Dakota County. Mr. Harder also had a brief video presentation to better explain the research foundation mentioned in H.F. 795.

Representative Mack renewed her motion for H.F. 795 to be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety, Crime Prevention Policy and Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 P.M.
