MINUTES

Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:50PM on March 3rd, 2015, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative BARRETT moved that the minutes of February 25, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative O’NEILL moved that HF742 be re-referred to the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee.

Representative O’NEILL moved to adopt the HO742DE3 amendment; THE MOTION PREVAILED.
