Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, began the meeting at 2:47PM on March, 23 2016, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not presented.

Representative Nornes called the meeting to order at 2:50PM. A quorum was present.
Representative Heintzeman moved that the minutes of March 22nd, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
