Representative Isaacson moved the minutes of March 23, 2016 be approved. The MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 3130 (Dean) Legislative auditor review of University of Minnesota research activities that involve the use of fetal tissue requested, and money appropriated.
Representative O’Neil moves HF 3130 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Higher Education Policy and Finance Omnibus Bill.
