Representative Hackbarth, Chair of the Mining and Outdoor Recreation Policy Committee, called the twentieth meeting to order at 3:41 P.M. on March 8, 2016, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Johnson moved to approve the minutes of April 30, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hackbarth moved that bill H.F.2528 be re-referred to the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Policy & Finance.
Doug Franzen, Minnesota United Snowmobilers Association, and Judy Erickson, Cook County Chamber of Commerce and Gitchi-Gami Trail Association, presented an overview of the bill and provided testimony.
