MINUTES
Representative Hackbarth, Chair of the Mining and Outdoor Recreation Policy Committee, called the twenty-third meeting to order at 2:54 P.M. on March 22, 2016, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Anderson, M. moved that bill H.F.3207 be sent to the General Register.
Representative Anderson moved the H3207DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Anderson, M. and Joe Fraune, Retired - Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, presented an overview of H.F.3207, as amended, and took questions from committee members.
