MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:27 A.M. on March 5, 2015 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish began the meeting at 10:15 A.M. A quorum was NOT present.

HF 0406 (O’Driscoll): Community safety personnel training about use of de-escalation techniques funding provided.

John Baker, Attorney with Baker-Williams Law Firm

The meeting was called to order at 10:27 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Hertaus moved that the minutes of the March 4, 2015 meeting be approved.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Cornish moved to lay over HF 0406 for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

Informational hearing on HF 1089 (Rarick): Firework manufacture, sale, and use regulated.
