MINUTES
Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:21 A.M. on March 11, 2015 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Cornish began the meeting at 10:18 A.M. A quorum was NOT present.
HF 0652 (Franson): Application for Discharge of Judgment filing excluded from filing fee.
Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:21 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Hertaus moved that the minutes from the March 10, 2015 meeting be approved.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Cornish moved that HF 0652 be laid over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

Representative Hilstrom moved that HF 0755 be laid over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

HF 0889 (Hilstrom): Fifth degree criminal sexual conduct expanded, and crime of adulteration by bodily fluid created.
Representative Hilstrom moved that HF 0889 be passed and referred to the general register.

Representative Hilstrom moved that HF 1433 be laid over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.
