MINUTES
Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:18 A.M. on March 26, 2015 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish began the meeting at 10:16 A.M. A quorum was NOT present.
A quorum was present at 10:18 A.M. and the meeting was called to order.
Representative Lohmer moved that the minutes from the March 25, 2015 meeting be approved.

HF 0795 (Mack): Cost-benefit approach implemented to measure success of corrections and human services programs.
Representative Cornish moved HF 0795 to be passed and referred to the State Government Finance Committee.

HF 1677 (Albright): Human services policy modifications provided, unmarked vehicle use authorized, background study expense requirements modified, cost of care requirements modified for persons committed by tribunal courts, compliance with Minnesota Indian Family Preservation Act required, documentation of nonemergency medical transportation services required, council continued, and rulemaking authorized.
