MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:18 A.M. on March 17, 2016 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:18 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Howe moved the minutes of March 16, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2870 (Lueck): Community correction subsidy program participation by all counties authorized.

Representative Cornish moved HF2870 be referred to the General Register.

Representative Cornish renewed his motion to pass HF2552 and to be referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
