MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 A.M. on March 15, 2016 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:15 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Considine moved the minutes of May 10, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Johnson assumed the gavel at 10:16 A.M.

HF2652 (Cornish): Fourth degree assault against a peace officer offense clarified.

Representative Cornish moved HF2652 be sent to the General Register.

Representative Cornish moved the HF2652 DE1 Amendment.

Testimony on HF 2652 DE1 presented by:

Representative Cornish renewed his motion to pass the HF2652 DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
