Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. on March 22, 2016 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Considine moved the minutes of March 17, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2810 (Howe): Public safety officer death benefits modified, and definitions of the hometown heroes act adopted.
Representative Howe moved HF2810 be re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy.
Representative Howe moved the HF2810 DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
