MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:19 A.M. on March 31, 2016 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:19 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Rosenthal moved the minutes of March 30, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2690 (Kelly): Ignition interlock for repeat offenders to reinstate driving privileges required.

Representative Johnson moved HF2690 be re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Policy and Finance.

Representative Johnson moved the HF2690 A1-1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Johnson renewed his motion to refer HF2690, as amended, to the Committee on Transportation Policy and Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3082 (Anderson): Damage to energy transmission or telecommunications equipment crime expanded.

Representative Cornish moved HF3082 be referred to the General Register.

Representative Cornish moved the A16-0960 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
