Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, began the meeting at 3:23 P.M. on May 11, 2016 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Rosenthal moved the minutes of April 14, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
SF0498 (Cornish): Portable recording system data classified, requirements for destruction of data established, requirements on vendors imposed, and damage awards provided.
Representative Cornish moved SF0498 be referred to the General Register.
Representative Cornish moved the SF0498 A3 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Cornish moved the SF0498 A4 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
