Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the fourth meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. on January 21, 2015, in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Lohmer moved that the minutes of the January 20, 2015 meeting be approved.
