MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. on February 4, 2015, in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Dehn moved that the minutes of the February 3, 2015 meeting be approved.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 0199 (Hilstrom): First-degree burglary amended to include violation of an order for protection as an underlying offense.

Representative Hilstrom moved to hold over bill for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

HF 0241 (Hilstrom): Electronic impersonation crime created and penalties imposed.

Representative Hilstrom moved to hold over bill for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.
