MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. on February 18, 2015 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Dehn moved that the minutes of the February 17, 2015 meeting be approved.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 0071 (Swedzinksi): Criminal vehicular homicide occurring within ten years of qualified offense penalty created.

Representative Johnson moved to hold over bill for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

Representative Johnson moved the A1 Amendment.

Representative Johnson moved the A15 Amendment.
