MINUTES

Representative Fenton, Vice Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 7:13 P.M. on May 22, 2016, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fenton called the meeting to order at 7:13 P.M. A quorum was present.

Representative O’Neill moved to approve the minutes of May 20, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Fenton moved the Supplemental Calendar for the Day, May 22, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3980 (Sanders) Miscellaneous oversights, inconsistencies, ambiguities, unintended results, and technical errors corrected.

Representative Fenton moved that Joint Rule 2.03 be waived for House File 3980. THE MOTION PREVAILED.




Representative Fenton moved that HF3980 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:22 P.M.
