MINUTES
Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on March 25, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Johnson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 24, 2015 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Wayne Waslaski, Senior Director of Real Estate and Construction Management Services, Matt Scherer, Legislative Director, and Laurie Beyer-Kropuenske, Director of Community Services for the Department of Administration, gave a presentation on the Office of Grants Management.
Chair Anderson moved that HF1974 come before the committee and be re-referred to the General Register.
HF1974 (S. Anderson) - Districting principles for legislative and congressional plans established.
Chair Anderson testified on HF1974.
Chair Anderson renewed the motion that HF1974 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILS.
Chair Anderson moved that HF922 come before the committee and be re-referred the Committee on Education Finance.
HF922 (Drazkowski) – Local referenda related to spending required to be conducted on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.

Representative Dettmer moved the H0922A1. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Anderson renewed the motion that HF922 be re-referred to the Committee on Education Finance, as adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
