MINUTES
Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on April 6, 2016, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Nelson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 5, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Anderson moved that HF3211 come before the committee and be re-referred to the committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy.
HF3211 (Hoppe) – Advance deposit wagering authorized, horse-racing revenue provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Hoppe presented HF3211.

Chair Anderson moved the A16-1024 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Anderson renewed the motion that HF3211 be re-referred to the committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Albright presented HF2789.
HF2789 (Sanders) – Minnesota Cycling Center funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Chair Anderson moved that HF3168 come before the committee.
HF3168 (Anderson, S.) – Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations 2015 appropriation cross-reference corrected.
Chair Anderson moved that HF3168 be laid over for possible inclusion. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Kresha presented HF3129.
HF3129 (Kresha) – School district group health insurance coverage regulated.
