MINUTES
Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:39 P.M. on April 21, 2016, in the Basement of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 5:39 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Nelson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 14, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Anderson moved that HF3584 come before the committee and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
HF3584 (Cornish) – Labor agreements ratified.
Representative Cornish presented HF3584.
Chair Anderson renewed the motion that HF3584 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
Chair Anderson moved that HF3255 come before the committee and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
HF3255 (Knoblach) – Labor agreements ratified, and compensation plan approved.
Representative Knoblach presented HF3255.
Chair Anderson moved the H3255A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Nelson moved the H3255A4 amendment.
Representative Nelson requested a roll call vote. The results were as follows:

Chair Anderson renewed the motion that HF3255 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means, as amended THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:49 P.M.
