MINUTES
Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 A.M. on March 3, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 8:16 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Cindy Pugh moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 26, 2015 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice-Chair Howe moved that HF283 come before the committee and be re-referred to Government Operations and Elections Policy.
HF283 (Kresha) – Camp Ripley nearby lands designated as sentinel landscape, coordinating committee created, and report required.
Representative Kresha testified on HF283.
Jay Brezinka, Environmental Manager for the Department of Military Affairs, testified in favor of HF283.
Vice-Chair Howe renewed the motion to re-refer HF283 to the Government Operations and Elections Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Michelle Weber, Enterprise Resource Planning Director, and Micah Intermill, Acting Statewide Compensation Manager for Minnesota Management and Budget, gave a presentation on the Minnesota Management and Budget Enterprise Systems.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:01 A.M.
