HF 147 Dettmer, Surviving spouses of deceased service members and permanently disabled veterans market value exclusion extended.
Representative Bob Dettmer and Jerry Kyser, Vice Chair of the United Veterans Legislative Council of Minnesota, testified about HF 147.
Matt Bogart, Minnesota Association of Counties, testified against HF 147.
