Representative Drazkowski, Chair of the Property Tax and Local Government Finance Division, began the meeting at 8:18 A.M. on April 8, 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Chair Drazkowski called the meeting to order at 8:22 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Hertaus moved that the minutes of April 7, 2015 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Dettmer testified on HF782.
Chair Drazkowski moved that HF782 come before the committee.
Chair Drazkowski moved that HF782 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.
Vice-Chair Quam assumed the gavel at 8:27 A.M.

Gary Carlson, Intergovernmental Relations Director, League of Minnesota Cities, testified on HF1671.
Vice-Chair Quam moved that HF1671, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

HF682 (Norton): Destination medical center; Public Infrastructure definition modified, and local matching contribution clarified.
