Representative Frank Hornstein, Member of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, began the eighteenth meeting at 4:33 p.m. on March 12, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Hornstein began the meeting at 4:33 p.m. A quorum was NOT Present.
Scott Peterson, Director of Government Affairs for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, gave an overview of Public Private Partnerships.
Representative Hornstein called the meeting to order at 4:46 p.m. A quorum was present.
Representative Nash moved to approve the minutes of March 11, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Jay Lindgren, Partner at The Dorsey & Whitney Foundation, gave an overview of Public Private Partnerships.

HF917 (Nornes): Mini truck operation authority and regulations sunset eliminated.
Chair Kelly moved that HF917 come before the committee.
