Representative Tim Kelly, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the twenty-second meeting to order at 12:52 p.m. on March 25, 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Lucero moved to approve the minutes of March 23, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1744 (Ward): Commercial motor vehicles prohibited from operating in Minnesota while a federal out-of-service order is effective.
Chair Kelly moved that HF1744 come before the committee.
